Tung Ling Care & Friends Centre

Tung Ling Care & Friends Centre was started in 2005 to address the needs of elderly residents. Roger Neo, the centre manager (affectionately known as “Ah Leong” by the non-English-speaking elderly) is often the first person that they turn to when they need help. The centre organises a variety of activities including karaoke, Rummikub, and morning aerobics.

The centre is part of Tung Ling Community Services, the community outreach arm of Church of Singapore.
